Pat Diamond - Owner - Closing Agent
Pat entered the title business in
January 1980. She learned from the
ground up. She was a commitment and
policy typist, a researcher and then became a closing agent. She has both the
Certified Land Search and Certified Land Closer designations, as well as being
a licensed title agent. She opened
Diamond Title Agency, Inc. on July 1, 1998 and continued through the good times
and bad. Before entering the world of
title insurance, Pat worked at finance companies, such as Atlantic Loan Company
and Beneficial Finance Company. Her
father is retired military so she moved around most of her life until coming to
Bay County in 1979. Bay County has been
home ever since then. She is active with
the Homebuilders Association of Bay County and the Board of Realtors and has
received Affiliate of the Year from both organizations. She has received the Chamber of Commerce
service award and also, Small Business of the Month award. She strives to make all closings professional
and enjoyable.
Kathy Prumatico - Closing Agent
Kathy graduated from Albany High School in Albany,
Georgia in 1980 then studied at Kennesaw State College in Kennesaw, Georgia.
She relocated to Panama City Beach, Florida in 1996 from Marietta, Georgia
to be near family and started working in the Title Insurance industry
with John Gioiello, P.A. in his Sea Grove Beach office. In June of 1997
she started working with Pat Diamond as her Closing Assistant at Bay County
Land and Abstract. Then in June of 1998 started at Diamond
Title Agency where she is a Closing Agent. She has 3 children Alex, Jakob
and Madison they all love to go to the beach and to all of the festivals and
events in the Bay County area. Kathy seldom meets a stranger and tries to
leave everyone with a smile on their face. She is a member of the Bay
County Chapter Women's Council of Realtors and serves on the Bay County
Association of Realtors Communications/PR Committee.
Mark Stockdale - Closing Agent
Mark attended Gulf Coast State College f/k/a Gulf Coast Community College and Auburn University where he studied Communications.
Mark started with Diamond Title Agency in 2001 as a Closing Assistant and earned his Florida Title Agent's License in 2004 and became a Closing Agent.
Mark is experienced in all types of escrow transactions including residential, commercial and refinance closings. He strives to make each closing a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Mark
is a native of Panama City Beach, Florida and is married with one
daughter.
Terri Merglewski - Bookkeeping
Terri graduated from Wauchula High School in 1975
and then studied at South Florida Junior College in Avon Park, Florida.
She relocated to Spring Hill, Florida in 1978, after her daughter was
born. She started working in the title insurance business in 1980 with
Chelsea Title. She moved to Closing Agent in the title insurance industry
shortly after that. She moved to Panama City Beach in 1997. In 1999 Terri
started working at Bay County Land & Abstract as a Closing Assistant.
She started at Diamond Title Agency in 2001 as the bookkeeper and has continued that same role.
Ashley Diamond – Pre and Post Closing Department
Ashley was born in Panama City, Florida and I guess you
could say born in to title insurance. Growing up with a mother that worked in
the industry, the profession just became second nature to her. Her first job
was a summer job when she was 16 years old, working along side her mom at Bay
County Land & Abstract Co. Upon graduating from Mosley High School in 1998
she enrolled at Gulf Coast State College f/k/a Gulf Coast Community College
where she majored in Liberal Arts. After two years of school she decided that
perhaps she was just meant to be in the title insurance world after all. She
became a Licensed Title Agent in 2005 and continues to build her knowledge by
regularly attending seminars that keep her informed of the constant changing
business. She has worked in just about every position, from receptionist to
Closing Agent. She currently serves as the title examiner and is responsible
for preparing the title commitment as a pre-closing duty, and she also has a
role in post-closing services by serving as the policy typist.

Judy Lipham - Closing Agent - Panama City Office Manager
Judy has worked in the real estate industry since 1980. She holds certifications as a certified land closer since 1988 and a licensed title agent since 2002. She has a vast experience in residential and commercial closings from simple cash purchases, reverse mortgages, refinancing, 1099 exchanges and large commercial closings. Judy strives to make all closings a pleasant experience whether a lot purchase or a multi-million dollar commercial closing. She understands the importance of communication and strives to provide feedback and responses in a timely manner. Her main goal is customer satisfaction and ensuring the transaction is as simple as possible for all parties involved. She is very organized and can appreciate the significance of a smooth and time-efficient transaction.
Jeanne Wilson - Closing Agent
Jeanne is a Panama City, Florida, native. Upon graduating from high school, she began her career at Panama Title Corporation as a clerk-typist and has continually worked in the title insurance industry as well as the mortgage industry. As a licensed title agent, Jeanne enjoys working with customers, whether they are lenders, realtors, buyers or sellers, to see a real estate closing come to a satisfactory completion. Married in 1973, she is the mother of a daughter and two sons and the grandmother to five grandchildren. She believes good work ethics, teamwork and the golden rule are the keys to success.
